Her 11 years working for Accenture and Deloitte, two of the world’s Top Consulting Companies, have allowed her to develop deep project/program management expertise, working on some of the largest and most complex system software implementations.
A certified Project Management Professional, she’s worked across all phases of the project life cycle.

With both a technical and business background, Joanne understands the discipline of project management and how to effectively implement a program within multi-layered environments.
Gregory has over 30 years of experience in the global capital markets, working for some of the largest institutions in Canada (Royal Bank of Canada, Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board and Bank of Montreal) and was a director at Merrill Lynch, where he was head of foreign exchange for the Canadian division.
From 1993-1995, Mr. Melchior worked at OTPPB where he developed first principles and risk management tools and techniques based on the Group of 30 recommendations, the precursor for Basel 1, 2,3. In 1997, he designed the first neural network trading system for the foreign exchange markets for RBC Global Capital Markets.
Since 2014 Greg has developed extensive knowledge of the tech sector, specializing in designing & deploying models in AI and predictive data analytics.
Gregory has held board positions at Banyan Gold Company, a Venture listed small cap gold exploration company based in Vancouver, and at Advanced Exploration Inc., a small cap TSE listed iron ore exploration company in Nunavut.
